Warranty

Mariana Jewelry has a lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects. General wear and tear, and damage from improper use are not covered by the warranty. (Including but not limited to not: complying with care instructions, broken links, and worn out plating)

Your jewelry is covered for the following repair under warranty:

• Replacing missing end charms, Mariana tags, or clasps
• Replacing a missing stone or crystal (availability pending)
• Replacing items with defective plating upon arrival, or that break within 30 days of being received. 

We evaluate every piece on a case-by-case basis. Please send us detailed information and a photo of the damage so that we can better understand how to help, fix, or replace your Mariana piece.

Please send BOTH earrings when sending in an earring repair. 

Warranty is no longer valid if jewelry is tampered with or repaired elsewhere.
